A 3-hour change management course, covering team implementation, role-modelling, engaging communication, transition management, and team resilience.

Course Lead: Therese Walsh, Change Management Institute Ireland Country Lead

Therese is a senior change management professional with over 25 years’ cross-industry experience leading teams and delivering successful transformations across Ireland, UK, and Europe. She has participated in large scale business transformations  across multiple sectors supporting impacted staff as they transitioned to new ways of working. Therese is a firm believer that transformations will only be successful if people are provided with the tools and support, they need to transition.

Overview

A project is only successful if individual employees change their daily behaviours and start doing their jobs in the new way. This course provides managers with a practical framework to ensure their teams impacted by change feel supported throughout the entire process. It supports them as they integrate the right change tools at the right time to ensure all employees adopt and embrace the new ways of working.

Session content

This 3-hour change management course covers the following content:

o            Managing transition through change

By the end of this session, each participant will walk away with practical actions and next steps to help them and their teams on their change journey.
